Resident Safety
The TTI Guardian provides another layer of safety and security to the residents of your facility. Traditional pull cords and wired nurse call systems are fine when they are within reach; however they do not address the majority of the time when the residents are not within arms reach of the
duress system. Enter the Guardian, a personal
wireless duress system that stays with your residents wherever they are in the campus or building. In the event of a slip and fall, chest pain, medical emergency, medication request and more, a single button press can send an alert to an individual or group of staff indicating not only who sent the alert, but also where they are. Staff members can even send an acknowledgement back to the resident indicating their message was received and assistance is on the way.
Staff Communications
The TTI Guardian can also be used as an effective communications tool for staff members. Networked text messaging software allows messages to be sent from any PC on the facility network. Text messages can be sent to individuals, or to groups, along with a read receipt so the sender knows not only that the message was sent, but that it was received as well. Ideal for reaching mobile staff including care givers, administration, security, house keeping, dietary, maintenance and more. Call logs also track both messages sent and who responded.
